| Scott finished Pudding Piece No. 2 in one session. Several packages of vanilla instant pudding were mixed with flour, water and white acrylic paint. Scott’s collaborator then scooped portions of the mixture onto the canvas. |

| Using a paint brush, Scott spread the paint mixture by extending his right arm and then quickly swinging it in an arc banging it onto the canvas. At other times his collaborator would hold the canvas up to Scott’s brush vigorously swinging it from side to side. |

| After the canvas was completely covered, drops of purple, yellow, and red acrylic paint were then squeezed directly from the tube onto the surface one at a time. For the final touch, Scott smeared these dabs into the mixture with the help of his collaborator. |
